Anaesthesiologist

Dr. Emese Gellérd

I graduated from the general medical faculty of Semmelweis University in 2001. Between 2001-2008, I worked in the emergency and intensive care unit of the Jáhn Ferenc Hospital in Dél-Pest. Since 2008, I have been working at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at Semmelweis University. In 2010, I passed the anesthesiology and intensive care examination. Since 2011, I have been working as an anaesthesiologist at the Face-, Maxillofacial-, Oral Surgery and Dental Clinic of Semmelweis University. Since 2017 I have been the department manager there. I take part in teaching medical students in Hungarian and German. I participated in charity work in Cambodia three times within the framework of "The World Medical Organization" between the years of 2015 and 2017. I work enthusiastically in several dental and other clinics, to ensure that anxious patients leave the clinic satisfied and happy after a successful intervention or medical examination.

"Dr Nemeth was an excellent dentist; he made me feel really comfortable in a clinic that is way better than anywhere i’ve been to in the UK. He explained the work he was going to do for me ahead of the procedure in great English and everything ran smoothly - at a fifth of the price that I would’ve paid back in England! Highly recommend!"
