Professional Oral Hygiene Treatment
Among dental treatments, oral hygiene treatment – the removal of tartar and plaque – is perhaps the most important to the preservation of healthy teeth.
In our surgery, teeth cleaning (tartar removal) is performed with a professional oral hygiene ultrasound device. It is always performed by a dentist or a qualified dental hygienist.
Depending on our patients’ needs, there are three packages from which you can choose:
- Oral Hygiene Treatment: Classic Package. This includes removing tartar with no dental anaesthesia. Although tartar removal is painless, more sensitive patients or those who have a lot of tartar can receive a dental anaesthetic on request. In all cases, the anaesthetic is administered by our specialist dentist.
- Oral Hygiene Treatment: Premium Packag This includes tartar removal, air-flow, interdental measurement and a product package. Air-flow removes persistent stains on your teeth, plaque and discolouration using a combination of water, compressed air and fine powder particles.
- Oral hygiene treatment with EMS Prophylaxis Master technology. This treatment cleans the teeth thoroughly and painlessly using the most modern technology. There is no need for air-flow, as the powder used during EMS also gently removes discoloration and persistent stains.
